The staff impressed me with their efficiency and friendliness. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a large bathroom and excellent amenities that made my family feel comfortable.
The proximity to Bourbon Street is great, but the dining options within the hotel could be improved.

Excellent service and lovely amenities
From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, even surprising me with complimentary macaroons upon check-in. I loved the rooftop pool, which provided a stunning view of the city, perfect for relaxing after a full day. The spacious room was a delight, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night. However, I noticed a slightly musty odor in my initial room, which detracted from the overall experience.

Amazing staff and beautiful rooms!
The hotel is super pretty and clean. The staff is amazing. shoutout to Marvin for being so helpful! The pool was refreshing after a long day. Only weird thing was the destination fee felt kinda silly since we ended up paying extra for drinks we don't even drink. Overall a pretty cool spot!

The Nopsi Hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool area. The location can't be beat, with many attractions just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I didn't receive fresh towels on the third day, which was frustrating. When I requested them via text, the response took a long time, and the front desk wasn't helpful at all. A fridge in the room would have been nice since I couldn't warm up any seafood. The lobby bar staff were courteous, but the one issue with the towels made it less than ideal. Overall, the experience was good, but some aspects need attention, especially regarding service and amenities.

I enjoyed the location as it was close to the attractions I wanted to visit. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated the large bathroom design. The use of the text app was nice, although it needed improvement.
I faced a hidden daily fee that was unexpected. The room service cost was high, and the gin bar was closed for most of my stay, which disappointed me.
